Introduction
The purpose of LeidtogaAUDUR is to strengthen interrelations of women managers within Icelandic companies.
LeidtogaAUDUR was created in connection to the project "Audur í krafti kvenna". The project´s overall purpose was to increase women´s participation in the Icelandic Business environment.
The object of the association is to encourage leading women to get to know each other and thereby exploit the relations, support and opportunities, which arise from the companionship. Additionally, make an examplar and support for women, who will eventually follow.
LeidtogaAudur puts its emphasis on issues related to the business environment.
Members of the LeidtogaAudur association are primarily women managers, often top managers in large and medium sized companies in the Icelandic business life.
